PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
When Bob established his own business in 1997, he brought with him over 20 years of experience in the retail industry. He has been involved in virtually every discipline of business management including sales, marketing, human resource management, training and product development.
Bob has held a wide range of leadership positions, from supervising front line operations up through various levels of corporate and executive management. Just prior to starting his firm, Bob was National Vice President of Store Operations at Endicott-Johnson Retail Corporation in Endicott, New York. Previously, he held several senior-level executive positions with Brown Group, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
Bob earned his BS degree in Applied Social Science at Binghamton University, State University of New York. He is past president of the local chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD) and is currently active in the national ATD as well as the national the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). He is a member of and active volunteer for the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
